Welcome to our Terms of Service. By accessing or purchasing from our shop, you agree to these terms, which govern your use of the site and purchases. This policy complies with EU regulations (e.g., Italian Consumer Code, e-commerce Directive), Gelato's policies, and copyright/IP laws.

1. Definitions

  • We/Our Shop: Outstanding Wear, VAT IT02775890417.
  • You/Customer: The user purchasing or browsing.
  • Products: On-demand printed t-shirts via Gelato.
  • Gelato: Our production and fulfillment partner.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, you accept that each product is made individually upon your request ("made to order"). Orders are processed immediately and cannot be modified/canceled. These terms comply with EU consumer protection laws.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Process: Select products, provide details, pay. You'll receive an email confirmation.
  • Payments: All payments are secure via Shopify Payments.
  • Prices: Include VAT; exclude customs for non-EU.
  • Cancellations: Not possible after order, except for our errors.

4. Intellectual Property and User Content

  • Uploaded designs must be yours or authorized. Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights (per Gelato's policy: you guarantee rights for printing).
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders with illegal/offensive content.
  • Our site/logo is protected; do not reproduce without permission.

5. Liability and Warranties

  • Products are warranted against defects (see Returns Policy).
  • We are not liable for carrier delays, customer data errors, or misuse.
  • Liability limit: Maximum to order value, excluding indirect damages.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

  • Governed by Italian/EU laws.
  • Jurisdiction: Pesaro e Urbino (PU). Use EU ODR for online resolution.
