Welcome to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Since we produce all items on-demand specifically for you through our partner Gelato, we maintain a strict but fair policy to ensure quality and satisfaction. This policy complies with EU consumer rights regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), which exempt personalized goods from the 14-day withdrawal right, and Gelato's quality guarantee guidelines.

1. General Overview

All our products, such as custom-printed t-shirts, are made on-demand upon order placement. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled, as production begins immediately. We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons like change of mind, customer-selected sizing errors, perceived color differences (due to tolerable variations in printing), or buyer's remorse. Returns/refunds are only accepted for manufacturing defects, shipping errors, or transit damage, as per Gelato's quality assurance.

2. Eligible Cases for Returns/Refunds

  • Manufacturing Defects or Damage: If the item arrives defective (e.g., incorrect print, damaged fabric) or not as ordered (e.g., wrong size/color due to our error), contact us within 14 days of receipt (Gelato extends to 30 days for quality claims). We will provide a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Shipping Errors: If the order is incomplete, incorrect, or lost in transit (not delivered within 30 days of the estimated date), we will issue a replacement or refund.
  • Packages Returned to Sender: If the order returns due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal by the recipient, or failure to collect, we do not refund. You may reorder, paying only for shipping (Gelato may reimburse product costs in specific cases).
  • Color/Quality Variations: Minor variations due to factors like humidity, printing machines, or cleaning are not covered, as they fall within standard tolerances (per Gelato's policy).

3. Procedure for Requesting a Return/Refund

  1. Contact us via email at moreismore.info@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, including:
    • Order number.
    • Clear photos of the issue (e.g., damage, defect).
    • Detailed description.
  2. Our team will review the claim within 5 business days, in collaboration with Gelato.
  3. If approved:
    • Replacement: We will send a new item at no cost (2-5 days production + shipping).
    • Refund: Processed within 7-10 days to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs unless due to our error).
  4. We do not provide return labels; for approved cases, we cover return shipping costs.

4. Exclusions

  • Custom orders cannot be returned for non-defect-related reasons.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or customer-provided incorrect addresses.
  • Used, washed, or altered products are not eligible.

5. EU Consumer Rights

In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, personalized goods like ours are exempt from the right of withdrawal. For disputes, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Please contact us first for an amicable resolution.
