All products are customized and shipped directly to your address. We use Gelato's network for local production, reducing times and carbon footprint. We hold no stock; everything is on-demand.
2. Production and Delivery Times
- Production: 2-5 business days (may vary by volume/complexity; Gelato ensures quality).

Shipping:
- Standard/Economy: 2-4 days domestic (Italy/EU), 4-7 days international.
 - Express: 1-2 days domestic, 2-4 days international (extra cost).
 
 - Total Estimated Times: 3-12 days overall, depending on destination. See live estimates at checkout.
 - Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email after shipment.
 
3. Options and Costs
- Flat rates based on zone/product (e.g., EU: €5-10 per t-shirt; non-EU: +customs).
 - Customs: For non-EU shipments, you may incur duties (your responsibility; check locally).
 
4. Responsibilities
- We are not liable for carrier delays, force majeure, or incorrect addresses.
 - Lost Orders: Replacement/refund if not arrived within 30 days of estimate.
 - Addresses: Provide accurate details; errors cause delays/non-delivery.
